 I've always loved spending time taking photos at sunset. It teaches me to appreciate the present moment and to be grateful for the beauty, the fleeting beauty that life offers.  
This is one of my first photos taken in 2020.

  Project 1:  You are to produce an 11x17 in., 2-page spread feature article on a hobby. The focus here is on the visual and semantic hierarchy that leads the viewer's eye through the spread. It should include a minimum of three images, and appropriate use of columns, typography, margins, gutters, "pull-quotes"... Tell us about what you did, why you did it, and what you learned. For this project I created an 11×17 two-page magazine spread about my favorite hobby, photography. I wrote about how photography became important in my life and how it started when my first daughter was born. I wanted the article to tell a personal story about how photography allows me to capture memories of my family and preserve moments that would otherwise pass quickly. The layout includes a large headline, section titles, pull quotes, and multiple photographs that support the story visually.
